Same fee for the whole registration period
Resident registrations were accepted only after proof of student status had been sent to the registration office. Online registration closed on May 20th, 2019; after that date only onsite registration was possible.
Registration information
- The delegate registration included: congress kit, access to the scientific sessions, admission to the exhibition, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and working lunches as indicated in the program.
- Replacements of confirmed registrations were subject to a charge of € 30,00 per participant after April 20th, 2019.
- Conferences held in Italy are liable for Italian VAT, as they are classed as “services”; Italian institutions and companies subject to VAT-exemption policies were not charged VAT, provided they could prove their exemption status.
- Payment was by bank transfer to AIM Italy srl (accepted only for registrations received by May 17th, 2019) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express).
Policies
- Each attendee had to register separately.
- Payments had to be received before the deadline of a discounted rate; otherwise the next higher rate applied.
- 1-day registration fees were not available.
Cancellation policy
- Registration fees were refunded only for cancellations received in writing by April 6th, 2019, subject to a cancellation fee of € 50,00 + VAT; no refund was provided for later cancellations.
- Approved refunds were processed 60 days after the congress.
Group registration
- A group registration applied when a single sponsor or travel agency registered at least 10 individuals using the official group registration form.
- The early fee applied to payments received by March 1st, 2019, even without the list of participants; the final list had to be entered online by April 15th, 2019, and the difference between early and interim fees was due for all names not included by that date. Pre-paid early registrations were not refundable.
- The last deadline for participants' names was May 20th, 2019; replacements after that date were charged € 30,00 per participant, and new registrations were made individually at the onsite desk.
- Group congress material was collected on June 6th, 2019 only, by appointment requested by March 7th, 2019 (or until April 10th, 2019 for € 100,00).
