All residents, orthoptists, technicians and students had to send an official letter of verification from their hospital, proving their training status and professional qualification; without it the full registration fee was charged.
Registration information
- The date of remittance was decisive for the amount of the registration fee due.
- All fees were quoted in Euro, Italian VAT included.
- The registration fee included: admission to all scientific sessions, access to the Exhibition and Poster Area, conference bag, coffee breaks and luncheons.
Cancellation policy for registration and additional ancillary services
- All cancellations were subject to a 30% administration cancellation fee.
- Deadline for cancellations was September 30th, 2023; no cancellations were accepted after the meeting took place.
- Cancellations had to be emailed to the Congress Secretariat ([email protected]). Bank transfer refunds were processed after the meeting.
