FLORetina ICOOR 2026 Congress

As always, FLORetina-ICOOR 2026 is preparing a rich and forward-looking scientific programme, bringing together cutting-edge science, surgical and clinical experience, innovation and the latest developments in retinal care.

The Preliminary Programme will be available soon.

In the meantime, here are some of the highlights you can already look forward to:

FLO-ROP, 4-5 December

A global forum for Retinopathy of Prematurity and Paediatric Retina.

Following the success of the joint World ROP Congress and FLORetina-ICOOR meeting held in Florence in 2025, the new FLO-ROP pathway will be fully integrated within the Congress program and will be dedicated to paediatric retinal diseases, with special attention on the Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP).

Coordinated by Darius M. Moshfeghi and Domenico Lepore.

Beyond Vision: Wearable Assistive Vision Technologies

A workshop organized by Daniela Bacherini, Francesco Faraldi, Diego Ghezzi, Stanislao Rizzo, Gianni Virgili. Addressed to clinicians, engineers, industry leaders, researchers, and members of the low-vision community, the session is intended to build the bridge toward a new frontier where healthcare, artificial intelligence, and consumer technology converge.

Join us to discuss how we can advance evidence generation, accelerate adoption, and ensure that innovation advances accessibility, inclusion, and human potential.
